Terms of sale

    General terms — Private clients

Terms applying to photographic and audiovisual services ordered by a consumer.

    1. Service provider and scope

Services are supplied by Multi Challenge One Solution SRL, enterprise number 0673.965.601, trading as unPacte Studio. These terms apply to clients acting for private purposes. The accepted quotation or specific terms supplement these terms and prevail in the event of conflict.

    2. Services and prices

The applicable offer or quotation defines the deliverables, options and price. Consumer prices are stated in euros and include Belgian VAT. An option is included only when it appears in the written confirmation.

    3. Provisional slot and contract

Selecting a TidyCal slot is only a provisional reservation. The contract is formed after the contractual documents have been sent, the client has expressly accepted them, the 30% deposit has been received and unPacte Studio has confirmed the booking in writing. The confirmation and applicable terms are sent by email so that the client can retain them.

The deposit must arrive within two business days of the payment instructions. Otherwise, the slot may be released. Unless the specific terms state otherwise, the balance is due no later than three business days before the session.

    4. Right of withdrawal

For a distance contract, consumers generally have a statutory fourteen-calendar-day withdrawal period. Instructions and the model withdrawal form are supplied before the contract and remain available on the website.

When the client expressly requests performance during that period, the proportion already performed remains payable in the event of withdrawal. The client also acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed with prior express agreement.

    5. Vehicle preparation and studio access

The vehicle must arrive clean, dry, roadworthy and free from anything that could endanger people, the studio or equipment. Proper preparation improves consistency and reduces corrective retouching.

Any cleaning offered by an external provider must be arranged in advance and is governed by a separate contract. Cancelling or rescheduling the studio session does not automatically cancel the cleaning service, and vice versa.

    6. Session, delay and rescheduling

The client follows the agreed arrival time and access instructions. A delay may shorten shooting time without reducing the price when later bookings cannot be moved. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing; their financial consequences are set out in the accepted specific terms.

    7. Delivery

Final images are normally delivered through a private gallery within seven business days after the session, unless another timeframe is stated. The period starts once all required information and selections have been received. RAW files, camera originals and working files are never supplied.

    8. Editing and conformity

Art direction, selection and editing style form part of the studio’s expertise and follow the accepted brief. Any objective error should be reported within a reasonable time after delivery. Creative changes or a new shoot may require an additional quotation.

    9. Usage rights and image rights

The client receives the personal usage rights defined in the offer. Commercial use, resale or transfer to a third party requires separate written permission.

unPacte Studio does not automatically publish the client, vehicle, registration plate or identifiable people. Portfolio and promotional use require a separate, optional authorisation that can be withdrawn under its own terms.

    10. Complaints and applicable law

Complaints should first be sent to cyrille@unpacte.studio so that an amicable solution can be sought. If no solution is found and the access conditions are met, consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge: Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, contact@mediationconsommateur.be, www.mediationconsommateur.be.

Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them.
