Data protection

    Privacy policy

How unPacte Studio processes information required for enquiries, contracts, sessions, galleries and analytics.

    1. Controller

Multi Challenge One Solution SRL, Sparrenhof 6, 1933 Sterrebeek, enterprise number 0673.965.601, controls processing carried out for unPacte Studio. Data and image-rights requests may be sent to cyrille@unpacte.studio.

    2. Information processed

Depending on your relationship with the studio, information may include contact and company details, project and vehicle information, preferences, correspondence, quotations, contracts, billing, payments, delivered files, publication authorisations and limited security or audience data.

    3. Purposes and legal bases

Enquiries and quotations are handled in order to take pre-contractual steps. Bookings, production, delivery and payment are processed to perform the contract. Accounting records meet legal obligations. Security, legal defence and service improvement rely on legitimate interests. Publication of an identifiable person and optional analytics rely on separate consent.

    4. Recipients and providers

Information is available only to necessary recipients: OVHcloud for hosting and email, TidyCal when you open its calendar, Pic-Time for private gallery links sent to you, the invoicing and Peppol provider, accountant, bank, and Google Analytics only after consent.

    5. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the studio checks the provider’s stated transfer mechanism and minimises the information sent. Optional services are not loaded before your choice when consent is required.

    6. Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries and unaccepted quotations: up to 24 months after the last exchange. Contracts, accepted quotations, invoices and payment evidence: 10 years where required. Authorisations: for their duration and the time needed to defend rights. Private galleries: normally 30 days. Final files: normally 12 months. Analytics: 14 months. Cookie choice: 6 months. Anti-abuse fingerprints: 15 minutes.

    7. Photography and portfolio

Master files, RAW files, contracts and private archives are never placed in the public website. An image enters the portfolio only after the relevant rights and permission have been checked. Registration plates and faces are masked unless an explicit authorisation covers the intended use.

Portfolio permission is requested in a separate, optional document that is identical for every client category. The client chooses the permitted uses. It lasts 5 years and renews tacitly for successive 5-year periods, with a reminder before each renewal, unless it is withdrawn or opposed. It may be withdrawn at any time for future use without affecting the purchased service. For a minor, permission is obtained from the legal representative and, where the child can understand the decision, the child’s views are also sought.

    8. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing. Proportionate proof of identity may be requested. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
