Where is unPacte Studio located?+
The studio is located in Zaventem, just minutes from Brussels. Easily accessible by car with dedicated parking.
What types of vehicles do you accept?+
All vehicles are welcome: sports cars, classics, collectibles, premium utility vehicles, motorcycles. The studio is sized to accommodate most vehicles.
What is the delivery time?+
Private sessions are delivered through a private gallery within 7 business days. Standard business delivery is 3 business days. A 24-business-hour priority option may be added to business productions, subject to availability.
How do I book a session?+
Choose a package and then a TidyCal slot. This is a pre-booking without online payment. The 30% deposit must be transferred within 2 business days; the slot becomes firm after payment is received and the studio confirms it in writing.

How long does a photo session last?+
From 90 to 210 minutes depending on the chosen pack. Essential: 90 min, Signature: 150 min, Experience: 210 min.
Can I come with multiple vehicles?+
Yes, multi-vehicle sessions can be arranged. Contact us for a quote tailored to your project.
Do you offer gift packages?+
Yes, we offer gift vouchers for an automotive photo session. An original gift for any enthusiast.

How does the monthly subscription work?+
Choose a monthly volume of 10, 20 or 40 vehicles. Every vehicle receives the same production standard. The initial commitment is 3 months, followed by a monthly collaboration under the quotation terms.
What happens if I exceed my monthly plan?+
Additional vehicles are billed at the out-of-plan rate indicated in your plan. No surprises, everything is transparent.
Do you work with car dealerships?+
Yes, we support dealerships, traders, premium garages and detailers in creating quality visual content through our Pro Subscription.
